We are excited to announce that the MTU Humanities Ball will be taking place in the Rochestown Park Hotel on Thursday 26th of May 2022.

The free drinks reception will commence at 6pm, and the meal will be served at 8pm.

Tickets are €50 per person. This includes a three-course meal, live Dj's DJ Marty Guilfoyle & DJ Cathal Kelly and complimentary bus going to the hotel from Bishopstown at 5.30pm and returning from 1.30am.

All MTU students are welcome to buy tickets. Dress code is formal/semi-formal.

Conditions of purchase and admission

  • The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
  • Neat dress essential (formal/semi-formal).
  • Ticket is required for admission. We may also ask for ID to confirm you are the ticket holder.
  • All ticket holders must enter the venue by 7.45pm.
  • 18+ event. Valid ID will be required to gain entry.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
  • If the date of this event is changed, this ticket will entitle the holder to admission to the rescheduled event.
  • If the event is cancelled, ticket holder will be entitled to a refund of the price of the ticket only.
  • Ticket holder will be refused admission if in possession of any bottles, cans, glasses or sharp objects.
  • Before entry, ticket holder may be subject to a personnel search in a manner permissible by law. Any person refusing to consent to a personnel search will be refused entry.
  • Crowd surfing and/or moshing is not permitted; offenders will be removed from the venue without refund.
  • Please be advised that photographs and filming will be taken at the event for use on the MTU website, press and other University publications. By entering this event, you consent to the college photographing and using your image and likeness.
