This hour of movement and meditation will use slow mindful movement to give us deep insight into our inner landscape and then a long meditation session to bring us peace and clarity.

No previous yoga or meditation experience required, we'll build the skills for a resilient body and mind together from week to week.

We'll practice a gentle movement sequence of Hatha Yoga postures and mobility with many elements that contribute to movement with full range of motion, including care of muscles, joints, joint capsules, motor control and your soft tissue.

We'll learn different types of meditation week to week so we have a inner toolkit to combat stressful situations.

Sarah Fox is a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist and is a certified Yoga Nidra teacher.
